We will send an automated order acknowledgement that your order has been received. You will receive email confirmation of your order once the goods have been despatched.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of 20% VAT.
All products are offered subject to availability. In the unusual case of a product being unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and immediately refund you.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the description, specification and colours are correct at the time of issue, we cannot be responsible for slight variations.
So that you may shop with us online with confidence, all communication and information transmitted online is encrypted for your security and privacy. This is in addition to the protection afforded you by your card provider to prevent fraudulent use of the card in a ‘cardholder not present’ environment.

LEGAL & CONSUMER INFORMATION
We Dress Women is a trading name of Jackson Stark Enterprises Ltd [ Registered office address: 4 Eaglesham Road, Clarkston, Glasgow, G76 7BT ] and all transactions between this company and the online retail customer are legaly binding once the terms are accepted on the checkout page. All information given on this website is in good faith and your statutory rights are not affected.
We Dress Women are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full refund to the value of the product. In order to do so, the item(s) must be in new unworn condition with all packaging and all garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used item(s); such item(s) will be directly returned to the purchaser.
Please place your invoice sheet inside your returns parcel, and please state which items you would like refunded and the reason why.
Items must be returned via a recorded courier service. We Dress Women can take noresponsibility for returned item(s) until signed for by We DressWomen.
We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g.Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels. Please note that all item(s) returned are the responsibility of the customeruntil they arrive at We Dress Women returns dept.
Unsuitable item(s) will only be refunded when returned within 14 days ofreceipt.
Returns received after the 14 day timeframe will only be accepted at our discretion.
All correctly returned item(s) will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
We advise that all customers check item(s) thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
